Founder Tom Toner

Tom Toner founded The Complete Image in 1995. He previously founded and managed DataCap Corporation, a leading database marketing firm which he operated for 12 years. Tom also enjoyed a 30 year successful career in marketing for a number of top tier Organization.

He is also an award- winning photographer  whose work has been published in magazines and multiple online videos for a variety of clients. His high-resolution, quality images are created and produced with high end State of the Art equipment.

Brian Kleps, Marketing

Brian Kleps has over 30 years in the marketing field with a particular emphasis in marketing communications, copy, creative direction and direct marketing. Brian began his career with Vicks Health Care Division, followed by positions with John Blair Marketing in New York, Marketing Corporation of America and Fairfield Promotion Group.
